Joy & Peace Pilates

Joy & Peace Pilates is a studio that specializes in contemporary classical Pilates, offering high-quality wood based equipment.  We offer classes based on the traditional method of Pilates only allowing a maximum of six people in a class to maintain a level of high quality instruction and one on one correction.  At Joy & Peace you will learn the True Pilates Method that has been taught in the United States since 1925.
